More leaders are urgently needed in urban America to lead the way toward wholeness. You are invited to attend Leading the Way Forward, a transformational leadership conference for training and mobilizing leadership for the urban context. By invitation only, this conference is for heads of Urban Ministries, leaders within urban ministries who have responsibility for leadership development, and for anyone who has an interest in developing leadership and discipleship in urban communities.

Participants will be equipped in the eight core values for effective Christian leadership, introduced to cutting edge mentoring resources, and networked with other highly effective leaders and ministries.
